Cancellation policy

This special introductory pre-sale offer is open only for the limited time listed. HECS will be ordering wetsuit products based on the orders received. Any order cancellation must be received at least 10 days prior to the end of the promotion to receive a full refund of the deposit. Any order cancelled after this time will forfeit the deposit.

HECS will bill the credit card on file for the second and final instalment of the purchase price at the end of the promotion. If that payment is rejected, HECS will make 3 attempts to contact the customer to rectify the payment by using the contact email and/or phone number listed on the order. In the event that the second payment can not be processed after these attempts the order will be cancelled and the deposit payment will be forfeited. HECS Aquatic will inform all customers as to the progress of the order as well as any updates in shipping time as we receive them. HECS Aquatic will strive to have all products shipped on time, and customers will be sent updated shipping and tracking information when shipments happen. Please understand that the shipping times are estimated times and may vary. Rest assured HECS Aquatic will keep customers updated in the event of any delays.
